(Exempt position)

I. SUMMARY

Primary function is to administer skilled nursing care for clients of all ages in their place of residence and to coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, patient/family and referring agency.

II. EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING GUIDELINES

Education:
Graduate of a Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate issuing School of Nursing

Experience:
At least one year experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting

Licensure:
Current Texas State license as a Registered Nurse, current Texas Drivers License
Proof of current CPR certification, a negative TB screening, and Hepatitis profile.
