Monya Jones, Director of Quality Assurance

The Director of Quality Assurance collaborates with the Director of Nursing for each branch in overall clinical operations and is responsible for ensuring that the agency functions are consistent with community needs, agency plans and accepted professional standards. Director of Quality Assurance is also responsible for promoting and maintaining standards of practice that provide quality health care, while maximizing human, financial and equipment resources.

Her duties include, but are not limited to, the following:  Medicare survey preparation, policy creation and implementation, home care start-up activities, clinical due diligence, facilitation of all home care performance improvement monitoring and oversight of the corporate compliance program.
