Corporate Educator

LaTonya Williams, RN, COS-C, Corporate Educator

The Corporate Educator reports directly to the Executive Clinical Administrator and assists the Executive Clinical Administrator with assuring the educational needs of all staff have been met and with the overall clinical operations of each office. The Corporate Educator’s primary responsibility is to provide for the development of associates through training and coaching, including the clinical staff in the office and in the field and also the clinical education of our marketing staff. The Corporate Educator designs and delivers training programs to aid in improving the overall decision-making and performance abilities of managers and associates. Responsible for mastery of subject matter that includes a variety of clinical skills, system applications, and computer hardware and software. The Corporate Educator is also responsible for our program development and fulfills role in the planning, development and implementation of designated special projects including but not limited to clinical as well as management.

LaTonya Williams has more than 12 years of experience in the nursing field including 7 years of home health experience with 6 years in home health management/supervising. She is a Certified OASIS specialist and has developed several HCN programs including our ADA recognized DSME program. She has an Associate’s Degree in Nursing and also has an Associate’s Degree in Behavioral Science.
