AnswerA plan of care is a plan of treatment developed by your doctor, the home health RN and you in order to provide you with the best care possible.

AnswerOf course, you may continue to see your primary physician.
QuestionHow often will I have to see a physician if I'm on home healthcare?
AnswerYou would need to discuss this with your doctor. Regular MD visits are a must in order for your doctor and nurse to develop an optimal plan of care.

AnswerNo, we do not offer maid services.
QuestionWhat does a Nurse Aide do?
AnswerNurse Aides may assist you with your bathing, dressing and skin care, prepare a light meal such as a bowl of soup or a sandwich, change your bed linens, help you transfer from the bed to chair and shower or tub, assist you with a walk in your home, and open medication bottles – however they may not give you your medications. They may also straighten your special area (around the chair you sit in most of the time or your bedroom) but they are not allowed to clean your house.

AnswerCall the number on your admit folder. There is a registered nurse available 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
