Tina Howell, Owner, Chief Executive Officer Ms. Howell has served in her current position for more than five years and is responsible for overseeing and directing the financial and business aspects of the company. Her mission is to create operating efficiencies without compromising quality of care. She is extremely focused on compliance with governmental regulations. As CEO, she is responsible for overseeing financial reporting, financial regulatory requirements, capital expenditures, purchased services (insurance, communications, etc.), and collaborating with the COO in planning the overall strategic direction of the company. She also provides guidance and leadership to the financial department, overseeing the preparation and dissemination of financial reports, managing the research and implementation of programs and procedures to support and promote the financial aspect of the business, and overseeing the creation and utilization of feasible budgets and cost guidelines. Ms. Howell has more than eleven years of experience in owning and operating a home health agency and she holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry with a minor in Mathematics. She is also a licensed Vocational Nurse.
Belinda May, Owner, Chief Operations Officer Mrs. May has served in her current position for more than five years and is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the company, including overseeing the operations of home health care. Mrs. May’s responsibilities include coordination of all systems of clinical operations, quality improvement programs and regulatory compliance. She is extremely focused on new business development and expanding market opportunities. Because she believes that community relations are key to the success of the company, she develops those relationships through active participation in local community associations. She also collaborates with the CEO on developing a plan for the overall strategic direction of the company. Mrs. May has more than sixteen years of experience in healthcare. For eleven years, she owned and operated her own healthcare agency, giving her extensive experience in every aspect of home health, including billing, reimbursement, clinical care, marketing, advertisement, agency start-up and the facilitation of home health mergers and acquisitions. She attended Temple Junior college and has numerous certifications in the area of home health. Mrs. May has earned several accolades for her success as a business owner and has been recognized for her community involvement and leadership in the Dallas Metroplex.
